Our Intro to Design Process classes are working on their manufacturing unit. These classes support our welding, machining, and engineering programs!





Students in Finance and Investments playing Disruptus, for their JoG projects. They draw 3 random cards and have to create a useful innovative new product using all 3 cards. They will then pitch their idea to classmates for a vote!

We are excited to team up once more with JA CareerIgnite! Incredible opportunities for juniors and seniors to network with colleges, local businesses and employers, and explore all post graduation options!

ERMCO and Built to Succeed helped Mr. Conrad's construction students learn more about an electrical apprenticeship! Students got a full tour, learned more about the career pathway, and discussed the pay and benefits they can work towards.




Faith Hampton is putting her skills to the test through her Work-Based Learning placement with the Culinary program at Cracker Barrel. As she gains hands-on experience in a professional kitchen, Faith is demonstrating the Adaptable Learner pillar of the Journey of a Graduate!

Today was so much fun as WCC got to host our high school counselors! They got hands on experiences in our Dental and Cosmetology programs that they can pass onto their students when signing up for classes.

Senior Myla has enjoyed her construction management internship with Skillman Construction. She has been able to actively monitor the construction process of the WCC and has honed her communication skills!



WCC business teachers never stop learning! They were able to expand their practices by attending the NBEA Business Educators Conference in Cincinnati this past week. Tons of valuable information they can bring back to the classroom!



Ibri Beck has been voted Student of the Week by her classmates in the Cosmetology program! As a first-year student, Ibri has already made a lasting impression through her leadership, kindness, and positive attitude.
