Acuity, an instructional resource that the Indiana Department of Education has adopted, allows for personalized student practice in certain content areas. This resource is now available for at home use. Students receive their login user name and password through their participating teacher.
Blackboard Learn is part of an integrated group of programs for online teaching, learning, community-building, and knowledge-sharing. It allows for online delivery of materials such as homework assignments, class materials and activities. Students receive login information through their participating teacher.
Destiny is the district's library and media resource system. This system offers staff and students a connection to several types of media and the district's catalog.
GradPoint is an instructional resource that the district utilizes for credit recovery and alternative education purposes. Students assigned to courses in GradPoint will receive their login user name and password throught their participating teacher.
Got Homework? Here's Help! Get real answers to your homework questions seven days a week, 2:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. (Also available in Spanish, check for days and times.) Students, grades 4-12, can chat live with online tutors about Math, Science, English and Social Studies.
The Indianapolis-Marion County Public Library (IMCPL) is the public library system that serves the citizens of Marion County. One can find information on library services and events, search the online catalog and browse useful web links. In addition, as a service to its patrons the library offers online homework assistance.
Students at WCHS/WCC and Renaissance have access to the valuable online tool USATestprep at school. Our students are also able to use this product outside of school from any computer with web access. USATestprep is fun, easy to use, and provides many features that will help our students succeed as they prepare for the ECAs (end-of-course assessments) in Algebra, English 10, and Biology. The Warren Township High School Internet Library features a searchable, subject-categorized directory of authoritative websites; links to online texts, newspapers, and magazines.
World Book Online offers an encyclopedia, dictionary, atlas, homework help, study aids, and curriculum guides for student use all in an online format.
Each month WCHS publishes a Student Activity Calendar that lists club or class council meetings, sport call-outs or end-of-season activities, performing arts events, school vacations, open houses, special activities, and other co-curricular activities.
